Kate Middleton and William seek ‘avant-garde’ recruits to work at Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are looking for a professional “avant-garde” to join their Royal Foundation. According to a post on LinkedIn, the royal couple said they were looking for a “highly motivated” finance professional with “strong technical skills” to assist and replace the chief financial officer. The job posting stated that the candidate would “take ownership of the operational aspects”, including financial accounting, management and statutory reporting, as well as financial partnerships.

“We are looking for a highly motivated and forward thinking finance professional with strong technical skills to assist and deputize for the CFO to ensure effective management of the financial function of the association during an exciting time,” reads we in the message.

Depending on the job details, the Duke and Duchess expect the candidate to be fully qualified (ACAACCACIMACIPFA) and have post-qualification experience in the charitable, commercial or public sector. They also stated that the candidate should be “analytical minded” with excellent organizational and project management skills. The royal couple are looking for someone who is eager to learn, flexible in their approach and who thrives when they think and act proactively.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for a high caliber financial profession looking to make an impact in the industry and will provide a great platform in your career,” the post continued.

Digital Communications Officer Wanted at Kensington Palace

It should be mentioned that the Prince William and Kate Middleton Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports the charitable efforts of the Duke and Duchess. Their project focuses on conservation, childhood development, mental health and emergency responders. The royal couple are also looking for a digital communications manager at Kensington Palace.

The job description read: “This role will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to communicate the work of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The successful candidate will be essential to support the official social networks (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook) of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
