Third BMCCI LegalTalk Seminar on Employment Legal Issues Held

On October 29, the Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the third “LegalTalk” seminar on employment issues at the BMCCI Secretariat titled “Employment: Rights and Obligations”.

Lawyer Anita Ghazi Rahman, founder of the Legal Circle, and lawyer Pushpo Rahman, senior partner of the Legal Circle, discussed the topics, read a press release.

BMCCI President, Syed Almas Kabir, welcomed the participants and introduced the speaker.

This seminar was organized for those who want to understand and facilitate the legal rights of employees to be better employers than others, he says.

In her discussion, Advocate Anita Ghazi Rahman mentioned the bluntness and opacity of Bangladeshi business personalities on labor law and employment rights and obligations and insisted on knowledge of this issue to maintain a subtle and tranquil commercial environment.

Participants were pleased with this very interactive session and described this undertaking as an eye-opening and far-reaching initiative.

At the end of the program, participants received a certificate for their active participation in the seminar.

BMCCI aims to recognize the legal issues in the simulated scenario to its members to pacify the growth of their business and has come up with the LegalTalk series to spread the legal issues among their members.
